Sayan will be dearly missed in our academic community. Sayan was a true academic, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for all of us with his attitude, always willing to listen and help out with wise comments or good jokes! Despite being smarter than most of us, I have never seen any trace of arrogance in his interactions.
